WHAT ARE LAVENDER HILL MAGISTRATES COURT’S OPENING HOURS?

The court building is open 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (apart from bank holidays).

However, for general information or enquiries, the reception counter is only open from 9.15am to 11am, and then from 1.30pm to 2.30pm. If you need to hand in documents related to your case or have other questions related to your case, you are able to do this when the court counter is open.

IS LAVENDER HILL MAGISTRATES COURT EASY TO GET TO BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?

The following transport lines have routes that pass near Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court: Bus numbers 156, 170, 345, 77 and 87.  The nearest bus stops are Lavender Hill Police Station (E) - which is a 1 minute walk away, and Falcon Lane which is 4 minutes walk.  For trains, look for Overground, South Western Railway and Southern railways with the nearest stations being Battersea Park (3 minute walk), Queenstown Road (4 minute walk) and Clapham Junction which is a bit further this being a 16 minutes walk away.  Underground: The NORTHERN line stops near Lavender Hill Magistrates Court, and the nearest tube station is Clapham South.

CAN I PARK AT LAVENDER HILL MAGISTRATES COURT?

There isnt any parking available at the court itself. However, just a short walk away parking is available at Asda Clapham - but only 2 hours free, so make sure not to overstay your free stay or there will be a fine.  Paid parking available a 7 minute walk away at Junction Approach Car Park (1SA, Junction Approach, London SW11 1RU).
